COS(Chip Operating System) is mainly used in the chip of the electronic credentials, to control the information exchange between the chip and outside. NJA COS is compliant with ICAO 9303, integrated with multiple security technologies, and passed EAL4+ certification. NJA COS is deployed in the chips of the ordinary Passport for Public Affairs, issued by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of China, and it's the unique COS appointed by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of China.

This COS is compliant with ICAO 9303 standard, and completely satisfy the international standards and regulations of Epassport. NJA COS passed the strict testing of FIMA(an international professional testing organization), achieving high praises of FIMA, and the official acceptance of numerous international professional organizations.
As the chief integrator for the first phase of electronic service passport project for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with years of experience and state-of-the-art technologies, NJA became a successful tenderer again for the second phase of this e-passport project. The successful bid laid a solid foundation for NJA in foreign affairs informatization area, it is also a demonstration of NJA’s professional and technical strength in this field.
